The software Hong Kong employment agencies run their placements on.
Melati Care builds matching and document-automation software for Hong Kong's domestic-helper sector. Licensed employment agencies use it to match families to candidates and to produce the immigration paperwork a placement requires — accurately, and in one pass.
Placing a domestic helper in Hong Kong is a long, paper-heavy process. Matching a family to the right candidate is done by reading stacks of CVs. Then each placement needs some fifty pages of Immigration Department forms, contracts, and visa paperwork — still largely filled in by hand, still where most of the delays and errors come from.
Agencies carry that workload on top of the work that actually needs a person: knowing the candidates, knowing the families, and getting the match right. Our software takes the first part so they can spend their time on the second.
Ranks candidates against what a household actually needs — care experience, languages, cooking, availability, working style — instead of leaving an agency to read through profiles one by one. Every match is explainable: the agency sees why a candidate scored where they did.
Generates the contracts and statutory immigration forms a placement requires, filled from data already captured once, so the same details are never re-typed and never disagree between forms.
Tracks each placement from first enquiry through interviews, paperwork, and visa filing, so an agency can see at a glance what is waiting on whom.
Melati Care works through licensed employment agencies, not around them. Partner agencies keep their own candidates, their own client relationships, and their own brand. We supply the system they run on.
The software is licensed on a monthly subscription, with tiers scaled to the size of the agency. Placement services for families are arranged and delivered through our licensed partner agencies. Pricing is available on request.
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Our privacy policy and terms of service are under review by Hong Kong solicitors ahead of launch.
